Premium Member Return Policy
FREE Returns on all products (excluding custom orders) up to 15 days from delivery!
It’s our commitment to our premium resellers that they are happy with every purchase on Furniture District, so if for any reason, you aren’t happy with the product, we’ll take it back and refund your money with no restocking fee. Just contact our support staff about returning your order within 15 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange return shipping and refund your order.
Shipping
Furniture District will help to make return shipping arrangements through our shipping network, but resellers are responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for their original shipping cost. We cannot reimburse for import duties paid on international shipments.
Damages
Should an item arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can rectify the issue immediately. We want your products to be enjoyed as intended and will partner with the makers to either replace or refund your purchase.
Please send photos of the damages and the packaging to support@furnituredistrict.ca so that we can rectify the issue right away.
Limits and eligibility

Item is returned in its original condition

The return policy applies to products with a total price of less than $10,000.
