Our professional delivery service is not a general moving company. We only use highly trained furniture professionals who exclusively deliver and assemble furniture products.

Our delivery service is completely insured to protect your products from any accidental damage.

Service locations:


Furniture District offers pickup and delivery in most major cities across Canada and is always adding more when the demand arises. You will be required to include your postal code as part of the partner onboarding process so that we can determine if your area is eligible for end-to-end service. If you are not eligible due to your location, you will be given the closest Furniture District shipping Hub where products can be pickup up or dropped off. 




Furniture District's white-glove delivery service is available on all products for a flat rate set per product to anywhere our service is available. The Furniture District website will auto calculate the shipping cost and offer it as an option to the customer. Customers can also choose to pick up the product from the maker provided the maker opts into the pick-up option.


Product Preparation:


Our maker partner will ensure that their product is well wrapped and secure for delivery. This includes securing any drawers, doors or other parts that may come loose during the delivery. A copy of the Bill of Lading and any assembly instructions are to be placed in an envelope and attached to the product.


The delivery drivers will load the products and secure them to ensure safe transport. Our drivers are equipped with all the necessary equipment to safely move large furniture. This is all they do everyday so you can be assured that your product will be delivered on time and in perfect condition.



All products on our website are fully vetted to ensure they meet our standards including the ease of assembly. This allows us to make sure our delivery team knows exactly how to assemble all the products on our site. Most items are delivered completely assembled and we do not sell build-on-site furniture.


In case of damage:

Furniture District handles the delivery from end-to-end and takes extreme precautions to prevent and damages, however, we understand that accidents can always happen so we stand behind our delivery team with a full damage liability policy. In the case that the product is damaged in freight, you can refuse the delivery and the delivery team will return the product to the closest shipping center and contact the Furniture District customer service to find a solution.
